Description

 

A successful Microsoft Partner is seeking a strong Web Developer who can work independently with minimal supervision to join our growing E-Commerce practice. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain exposure to cutting edge technologies including HTML5, Mobile Software Development, and Web Services Integration with Back Office systems.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Develop, customize and enhance shopping cart solution consisting of 100+ ASP.NET pages

• Enhance, maintain and support existing web based applications

• Design, develop, and implement new solutions

 

Requirements

 

• 1+ years ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET) programming experience required.

• 1+ years using ASP.NET technologies to validate input and interact with Microsoft SQL Server Databases required.

• Solid understanding of internet fundamentals required including FTP, Cookies, Intranet vs Internet and the importance of user input validation.

• Understanding of programming conepts, change control, and software testing required.

• Good understanding of Object Oriented development concepts.

• Exposure to Source Control such as Team Foundation Server or Visual Source Safe.

• Experience with ASP.NET User Controls a plus.

• Experience with jQuery / AJAX a plus.

• Ability to perform simple layout with CSS preferred.
