"Get 3 More 4 Less" - Microsoft Dynamics NAV Promotion

Effective until June 25th, 2016, all existing customers that meet the eligibility criteria (below) can take advantage of a special promotional price when adding 3 to 15 Full Users to their license.

Under the terms of this promotion, existing customers may be eligible to license additional users for 15% less when licensing 3 to 15 Full Users in the same transaction.

Eligibility

• Promotion applies only to:

• Existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers on the Perpetual Licensing or the Business Ready Licensing model.

• Customers must have first licensed or upgraded to their qualifying product, edition, and license model combination prior to July 1, 2015 as reflected by the First License Entry Date for the active product in Voice.

• Customers must be current on an enhancement plan at the time of purchase.

• The promotion grants a 15% discount off the current license list price of the following user types when licensed in a combined quantity totaling from 3 to 15 users on the same order:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV Perpetual Licensing "Full Concurrent CALs" and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Ready Licensing "Additional BRL Advanced Management Users" or "Additional BRL Business Essentials Users"

• Enhancement plan, Advantage plan, and Advantage Plus plans for CALs purchased under this promotion will be prorated based on the number of days remaining on the customer's current plan. Service plan fees will be calculated based on the normal system list price ("SLP") of all CALs and components, based on the current Microsoft Dynamics price list, including but not limited to the Licensed CALs purchased under this promotion.

Additional details

• Offer valid only for existing customer accounts located in the United States only.

• Multiple orders per customer account are allowed during the promotion period, however, each order must meet the minimum 3 to 15 additional users.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, including but not limited to any other discount arrangements such as Volume Purchase Orders (VPO), Global Volume Agreements (GVA) and Multi-Site Agreements (MA).
